AMC worked as the Development Manager in charge of planning and implementing operations and real estate expansion, building off the original development. Established utility servicing for the entire mountain, bringing services from the town of Revelstoke, the base village including Nelsen Lodge (renamed the Sutton Place Hotel), and surrounding single family lots all the way to the Revelation Lodge. AMC was responsible for the permitting (environmental, provincial, and municipal), and consultant oversight.

All the real estate at Revelstoke Mountain Resort is being developed in accordance with stringent environmental guidelines, ensuring the region’s natural integrity will be here for years to come.
