AMC acted as the Development Manager, overseeing the capital upgrades program to bring the building, built in the early 70s, up to current building standards. This scope included fire alarm replacement, window replacement, emergency generator upgrades, envelope repairs, and bathroom upgrades. Assisted the Client with obtaining financing from Canadian Housing and Mortgage Corporation (CHMC).
