  • AMC acted as the Development Manager, overseeing the capital upgrades program to bring the building, built in the early 2000s, up to current building standards. This scope included envelope repair and several minor upgrades. Assisted the Client with obtaining financing from Canadian Housing and Mortgage Corporation (CHMC).
