AMC acted as the Development Manager, overseeing the capital upgrades program to bring the building, built in the early 70s, up to current building standards. This scope included fire alarm replacement, elevator modernization, emergency generator and distribution upgrades, envelope repairs, bathroom upgrades, and roof replacement. Assisted the Client with obtaining financing from Canadian Housing and Mortgage Corporation (CHMC).
